greetings! this last week has been a riot. it has gone by so fast. reasons why: zone training, exchanges. those are the two main factors. okay. i have ten minutes to write. hahaha. wow. let me sum up. 

monday was great because i saw an actual samurai get on the tram. 

tuesday was swell because we had a great lesson with a sister who is struggling in our ward. 

wednsday was inspiring because i had a great reminder of why i am here. (hebrews 12:12)

thursday was a RIOT because i went to den haag on exchanges and saw MIRACLES. 

small interjection! during this exchange in den haag i was at the church after correlation and GUESS WHO WALKED IN?!?!?! ROOS KUIPERS!!!!! from amsterdam! she was there that night to get her patriarchal blessing!!!!!! that is called a miracle. i was able to see her on that day when she had no one with her! she invited me to join her but the patriarch said no - i understand - but how AWESOMEEEEEEEEEE would that have been. she is going to the temple in april and i get to go! HALLELUJAH. also i was with z.israelson who is mandy's cousin and we had a SUPER awesome time! she is a quality missionary!!!!!

friday was a blessing because i got to see all of the sisters and then we had dinner with the bishops family. 

saturday was a miracle because we had a lesson with an inactive sister who has concerns about the church...she invited us over to clarify and explain somethings (mainly, racism) and she was open and willing to read and learn more. 

sunday was exciting because i was asked to give a talk next week. 

this week has been exciting. also crazy. also, we don't stop learning. i am so grateful for this earth. i am grateful for the people on it. i am especially grateful to be a member of this church and a follower of Christ. He is the light, the life and the way. He asks us to be like him, and we know that we aren't given commandments if there is no way to fulfill them. so - i will continue to strive and follow His example. how blessed we are for that opportunity. i love it. i love you all. thank you for your patience with me and my crazy emails that are short and vague.
